Only 15 of 9,689 people on precinct election commissions in Brest region represent opposition political parties
Fifteen of the 9,689 people who have been included in the Brest region’s precinct election commissions for the April 25 local elections represent opposition political parties, Alyaksandr Kalyada, head of the organizational and personnel management department of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, told BelaPAN.
In particular, five people represent the “Spravedlivy Mir” (Just World) Belarusian Party of the Left, four the Belarusian Popular Front, four the Hramada Social Democratic Party and two the United Civic Party, Mr. Kalyada said.
