Council of Ministers grants Belarus' four refineries monopoly right to export white sugar

The Council of Ministers has, by its directive, granted Belarus' four refineries a monopoly right to export white sugar, BelaPAN reports.

The refineries are located in Slutsk and Haradzeya, Minsk region, in Skidal, Hrodna region, and in Zhabinka, Brest region.

Under the directive, the State Customs Committee and the interior ministry are to take measures to prevent the export of white sugar by other businesses, said the Council of Ministers press office.
