Leaders of France, Germany, Russia, Ukraine arrive in Minsk for summit on Ukraine crisis

The leaders of France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine arrived Wednesday in Minsk for a “Normandy Four” summit on the Ukraine crisis.

Vladimir Putin was the last to arrive. His plane landed at Minsk National Airport at about 6:30 p.m. local time, an hour after the arrivals of French President Francois Hollande, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
