Lukashenka to visit China next week
Alyaksandr Lukashenka is to stay in China between July 15 and July 17 at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Mr. Lukashenka is scheduled to have meetings with Mr. Xi, Prime Minister Li Keqiang and Yu Zhengsheng, chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
A joint declaration and more than 20 bilateral agreements, protocols and contracts are expected to be signed during the visit.
Mr. Lukashenka last visited China in October 2010. The visit yielded a package of 13 deals that provided for carrying out $3.5 billion worth of joint projects.
Mr. Xi visited Belarus in March 2010 in the capacity of Chinese vice president. //BelaPAN
