Signatures may not be collected in Kastrychnitskaya, Independence, Victory and Pryvakzalnaya Squares, as well as within 200 meters of the buildings of the Presidential Administration, the National Assembly and the Council of Ministers, and within 50 meters of government offices, foreign diplomatic and consular missions, courthouses, prosecutor’s offices, military units and installations, educational and healthcare establishments, transport and water and electricity supply facilities, and power and heating plants.
People are also not allowed to collect ballot access signatures within 300 meters of nuclear facilities and places where nuclear materials are stored, and within 200 meters of television and radio stations’ offices and broadcasting facilities.
Ballot access signatures may be gathered from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. between January 12 and February 10.
