Lukashenka congratulates Grybauskaite on her reelection as Lithuanian president
Alyaksandr Lukashenka has congratulated Dalia Grybauskaite on her reelection as Lithuanian president.
Ms. Grybauskaite, 58, won almost 58 percent in the second round of voting, while her rival Zigmantas Balcytis gained 40 percent.
"I am certain that your activity in the top government position will further contribute to the strengthening of Lithuania`s social and economic stability and the country`s authority in the international arena, the further development of Belarusian-Lithuanian relations in all spheres of bilateral cooperation for the benefit of our peoples," Mr. Lukashenka says in his message to Ms. Grybauskaite.
Ms. Grybauskaite has been Lithuania’s president since 2009. //BelaPAN
