National soccer stadium to be built in Minsk by 2019
Alyaksandr Lukashenka on July 18 signed a presidential edict providing for the construction of a national soccer stadium in Minsk before December 31, 2018, reported the presidential press office.
The UEFA category four stadium with a seating capacity of between 33,000 and 35,000 will be built in the are limited by Partyzanski Avenue, Vaneyeva Street and Dawhabrodskaya Street.
The stadium will be part of a "multifunctional complex," which will include a shopping center and the existing Traktar Stadium. // BelaPAN
