Lukashenka welcomes idea of establishing Belarus-US business cooperation council

Alyaksandr Lukashenka has said that he fully supports the idea of establishing a Belarus-US business cooperation council.

According to the Belarusian leader’s press office, as BelaPAN reports, this idea was expressed by an American business delegation during a meeting with Mr. Lukashenka in Minsk on Monday.

“Belarus is located at the center of Europe and if you are interested in this market, you’ll be offered the most favorable conditions,” Mr. Lukashenka said at the meeting, according to the presidential press office. Mr. Lukashenka added that he would issue a special edict for each project proposed by US businesspeople to give it certain preferences and specify the obligations of the parties.
