Military aircraft rehearse for Independence Day flypast

Several dozen of warplanes and helicopters of the Belarusian Air and Air Defense Force on Thursday morning rehearsed for their role in the Independence Day military parade to be staged in Minsk on July 3.

The aircraft that will be involved in the parade include Mi-8 and Mi-24 helicopters of the 50th Composed Air Base at Machulischy near Minsk and the 181st Combat Helicopter Base in Pruzhany, Brest region, Su-27 and MiG-29 fighters of the 61st Fighter Base in Baranavichy, Brest region, and Su-25 (Frogfoot) ground attack aircraft and L-39 Albatros jet trainers of the 206th Attack Air Base in Lida, Hrodna region. //BelaPAN
