Outstanding payables reported up 39.2 percent in first nine months of 2012
The outstanding payables of Belarus' companies and organizations totaled 14.7 trillion rubels ($1,723 million) as of November 1, 2012, 42.1 percent more than at the beginning of 2012 and 22.6 percent more than a year earlier, said the National Statistical Committee (Belstat).
Outstanding payables increased by 2.1 percent in October, Belstat said.
As of November 1, 2012, all payables reportedly totaled 173.3 trillion rubels, 1.8 percent more than on October 1, 23.6 percent more than on January 1 and 36.6 percent more than on November 1, 2011.
The industrial sector reportedly accounted for 43.4 percent of all outstanding payables, the agricultural sector for 26.4 percent, the trade sector and organizations that repair motor vehicles, household goods and goods intended for personal use for 12.7 percent, the construction sector for 8.5 percent, transportation for 4.6 percent and the real estate sector for 3.8 percent.
The outstanding receivables of Belarus' companies and organizations totaled 16.3 trillion rubels ($1,911 million) as of November 1, 2012, 40 percent more than at the beginning of the year and 35.5 percent more than a year earlier, Belstat said.
According to Belstat, outstanding receivables rose by two percent in October to account for 11 percent of the total amount of receivables as of November 1, 2012, down from 11.9 percent a year earlier.
All receivables totaled 147.9 trillion rubels on November 1, 0.9 percent more than on October 1, 38.2 percent more than on January 1 and 47.1 percent more than on November 1, 2011, Belstat said.
The industrial sector reportedly accounted for 44 percent of the outstanding receivables, the trade sector and organizations that repair motor vehicles, household goods and goods intended for personal use for 30.5 percent, the construction sector for 9.6 percent, the real estate sector for 6.9 percent, and the agricultural sector for 3.9 percent. //BelaPAN
