Spain to open visa application center in Minsk on Friday
Spain’s visa application center in Minsk will accept visa applications by citizens of Belarus starting May 31 instead of the French embassy.
The French embassy will thus stop issuing Schengen visas on behalf of Spain, according to the Spanish embassy in Moscow. Belarusian citizens will be able to submit their applications directly to the Spanish embassy’s consular department. // BelaPAN
