First-Class Worker Rate to be raised on September 1
The First-Class Worker Rate (rate used for calculating pay rates in the public sector) is to be raised by four percent from 250,000 to 260,000 rubels on September 1 under a Council of Ministers directive.
This will be the third increase in the First-Class Worker Rate since the beginning of 2013.
The previous increases occurred on January 1, when it was raised by 6.7 percent from 225,000 to 240,000 rubels, and on April 1, when the rate was raised to 250,000 rubels. //BelaPAN
