Hockey fans, teams use dedicated lanes to pass through border controls at Minsk National Airport
Foreign hockey fans and the members of teams participating in the Ice Hockey World Championship used dedicated lanes to pass through border and customs controls at Minsk National Airport on Wednesday.
The measure was aimed at facilitating border control procedures for them.
Planes carrying Teams Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Kazakhstan, Norway, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and USA were expected to touch down at the airport between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on May 7, a spokesperson for the Minsk Border Control Unit told BelaPAN.
