UK Visa Application Center in Minsk to offer fast-track visa process
After the UK Visa Application Center in Minsk moves to its permanent office, there will be an opportunity for a fast-track visa process, British Ambassador Bruce Bucknell said in an interview with BelaPAN on Thursday.
Teleperformance Ltd., which runs UK Visa Application Centers around the world, currently has only a temporary office in Minsk. Once it moves to a new office, applicants will have an opportunity to have their visa application processed faster for an additional fee, said the ambassador.
The UK embassy`s visa section stopped accepting visa applications this past June.
The UK Visa Application Center, located at President Hotel, sends all visa applications and supporting documents to the UK embassy in Moscow. The standard processing time for a tourist visa is 15 working days. The UK visa fee for Belarusian applicants has not changed.
