YouTube clip exposes security lapses in Minsk subway

A group of young people managed to enter a Minsk subway station unhampered shortly before dawn and uploaded a video exposing security lapses to YouTube more than a month after the April 11 deadly bombing.

The video filmed using a mobile phone shows a few tipsy young men enter the Maskowskaya station through unlocked doors at 3:45 a.m.

"If they catch us, I will say 'Did you beat people in the square?'," one of the men said, referring to December's brutal crackdown on post-election protesters.

Standing inside the station, one of the men said, "Station Maskowskaya, four o'clock, they have not even locked the doors. Any terrorist attack may be perpetrated." //BelaPAN
