С будущего года в Беларуси могут ввести паспорт нового образца. Пощупать новинку можно было сегодня в вестибюле Совета Республики, где был выставлен стенд компании «Голографическая индустрия», которая принимала участие в разработке паспорта.

Как пояснили специалисты, обновить главный документ гражданина Беларуси было решено в виду появления новых средств защиты от подделок.

Одно из таких средств, которое стало основной особенностью нового паспорта — наличие рисунков на страницах: на каждом развороте представлена одна из архитектурных достопримечательностей Беларуси.

Правда, возникают вопросы, чем руководствовались составители, определяя памятники архитектуры, которые будут сопровождать граждан нашей страны по всему миру.

Например, жители Гродно, наверняка, хотели бы видеть Каложскую церковь — самое старое здание на нашей территории. Заслуживает внимания и Троицкий костел в деревне Ишкольдь Барановичского района — самый старый из неперестроенных костелов в Беларуси. Или костел бернардинцев в Будславе Мядельского района — самый большой в нашей стране, или костел Рождества Девы Марии в деревне Видзы Браславского района — самый высокий.

Плюс ко всему, иллюстрации не содержат пояснительного текста — ни на одном из языков, который используется в белорусском паспорте. Впрочем, специалисты подчеркнули, что представленный образец — лишь проект, и изменения вполне возможны.
