Thirty-five items on draft agenda of House of Representatives' fall session
Thirty-two bills and three presidential decrees have been placed on the draft agenda of the fall session of the House of Representatives, which begins on October 4, BelaPAN reports.
The House will debate nine first-reading bills, six second-reading bills and 17 ratification bills for interstate agreements, Henadz Hrytskevich, deputy chairman of the standing Committee on State System Building, Local Self-government and Rules of Procedure, said during a meeting of the House's Council on September 29.
New bills will be included in the draft agenda as they are finalized, Mr. Hrytskevich said.
The draft agenda is rather demanding and will call for hard work, he noted.
A parliamentary hearing will be held during the fall session to discuss the role of science and education in the innovation development of Belarus, said Viktar Huminski, deputy chairman of the House of Representatives.
